About this policy
Farisaurus, operated by Faris Mohammad, uses a WhatsApp integration to handle business inquiries and to test and troubleshoot the integration. This policy covers information Farisaurus receives through that WhatsApp integration.
Information we receive and use
When you message us, the integration receives your message content, sender phone number or WhatsApp identifiers, available profile information, message identifiers and timestamps, and information identifying the receiving business number. We use this information to handle business inquiries and operate, test, and troubleshoot the integration.
Processing and storage
WhatsApp and Meta handle message delivery through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Farisaurus receives the resulting events through a publicly reachable webhook and processes them using n8n on a local server. The n8n administration interface is not publicly accessible. Message data is saved in n8n execution records.
Retention
Execution records currently have no automatic expiry. We review stored message data and delete it when it is no longer needed for a legitimate business purpose. We also honor valid deletion requests, subject to applicable legal requirements.

To request deletion or correction of information held by Farisaurus, or to ask about this policy, email faris@farisaurus.com. Include the WhatsApp number used for the conversation and enough information to identify the messages concerned.
