What I collect, and why

Contact form

Your name, email address, optional phone number and company, and the note you send. I use these details to reply to your inquiry.

Free landing page application

Your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, business name, optional website or social link, business description, what you want the page to help people do, and any optional note about what takes too much time. A submission reference helps track delivery. I use these details to assess the application and contact you.

WhatsApp messages

If you contact me on WhatsApp, I receive the message and associated contact information. See the WhatsApp privacy policy for details.

Server and security logs

Cloudflare serves and protects the site. Basic request and security logs may include your IP address, the pages requested, timestamps and browser information, to deliver the site and investigate security issues.

Where it’s processed

Form submissions are delivered to a self-hosted automation system and email. Cloudflare serves the site. I use the information to handle your inquiry or application.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry, application and email records while they remain useful for handling your request or maintaining our business relationship. Every three months, I review the records I control and delete those no longer needed. You can request deletion at any time without waiting for the next review.

Cloudflare manages its own server and security-log retention. The quarterly review applies to records I control.

You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Include enough information for me to identify your inquiry or application.
